1. WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
All cancellations and rescheduling requests are subject to the terms outlined in the signed agreement upon booking your session. We are flexible and are understanding if unexpected life events take place.
2. WHAT IS THE STANDARD TIMEFRAME IN RECEIVING THE FINAL PHOTOS?
Our standard delivery timeline for your final gallery is 10 days for sessions under one hour and up to 8 weeks for all Weddings. During this time, we carefully edit and curate all of the photos from your event to ensure the highest quality. You will receive a link to a fully edited digital album, via email where you can download high resolution images.
3. DO YOU OFFER ANY PRE-CONSULTATIONS OR PLANNING?
We'd like to chat before booking to get a feel for your vision and make sure we are a good fit! After booking, we will stay in touch leading up to the day of your shoot to go over details, answer questions, and make sure everything runs smoothly.
4. CAN I REQUEST SPECIFIC POSES OR SHOTS?
We’ll make sure to capture all the dream shots from your mood board while also incorporating our signature mix of classic poses and documentary-style moments. We see photography as an art, not a performance! We aim to capture the genuine, natural flow of your day!
